3. Eligibility

• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

5.3 Automatic Renewal

We may modify subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at your next billing cycle.

6. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

6.1 No Service Guarantees

IMPORTANT: RedditMentions makes no guarantees as to the quality, completeness, or reliability of the service. The Service may or may not provide full coverage regarding keyword matches. This is outside of RedditMentions' control, as:

• Some subreddits and keyword pairings may have high volumes of posts and comments per hour
• Content volumes may spike beyond the capability of our monitoring systems
• Reddit's API limitations may affect data collection
• Technical issues may impact service availability

6.2 Best Efforts Service

We provide the Service on a "best efforts" basis and cannot guarantee that all relevant content will be captured or that the Service will be available without interruption.

6.3 Reddit Data Dependency

Our Service depends on Reddit's publicly available data and APIs. Changes to Reddit's platform, policies, or data availability may affect our Service.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Limited Refund Policy

Refunds are only given in exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion. If a refund is approved, it will only cover the previous month's invoice amount.

7.2 No Automatic Refunds

There are no automatic refunds for:

• Unused portions of subscription periods
• Service limitations or missed content
• Changes in monitoring needs or preferences
• Technical issues or temporary service interruptions

7.3 Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@redditmentions.com with detailed justification for the exceptional circumstances.

8. User Responsibilities
